He led major transformation projects at TD, RBC, and National Bank during his time at IBM and Accenture, and in recent years served as CTO and CPO at SaaS startups and scale-ups ranging from $1M to $50M ARR. Jason also advises early-stage startups on product-market fit and technology strategy.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two young kids (ages 6 and 3), introducing them to board games and Mario Kart.
